The Founder      

Nathalie Biderman is the founder of Calya Innovation (2012). With over 30 years of international experience, she operates at the intersection of strategy, facilitation, and hands-on execution in complex, multicultural environments.

A former M&A lawyer, Nathalie has a global legal and business background shaped across Europe and the U.S., advising multinational corporations, institutions, NGOs, and public leaders. Her career spans high-stakes public affairs, corporate transformation, and entrepreneurship, including leadership roles within the Havas Group and the founding team of eDreams.

Known for her discretion, agility, and independence, Nathalie has a strong track record in complex negotiations and sensitive public affairs. She also leverages a unique, long-standing network within the Israeli tech ecosystem, connecting founders, investors, corporates, and policymakers. With a deep understanding of cultural bias and power dynamics, she is a trusted connector who helps decision-makers align interests and deliver impact.
